Steps for ordering your stationery:
Step 1:
If required, order a sample/samples from our website or view our stationery and favours by appointment.

Step 2:
Calculate the number of invitations/favours etc. required (please ensure to include extras). Download and complete our Order Form on this page, and return to us together with a booking deposit of 50% of the value of your order by cheque, postal order or bank draft. Please note that work on your order will commence only once booking deposit is received.
Step 3:
You will be contacted by Paper Passion to confirm receipt of order and to agree a mutually agreeable date for completion of your order.
Step 4:
Paper Passion will forward proofs of your stationery to you for approval. You will need to contact us to confirm that all is in order for printing, or if any changes are required.
Step 5:
Once proofs are agreed, Paper Passion will produce your stationery and contact you prior to dispatch with details of delivery and of the balance owing. Arrangements must be made to pay for the balance of the stationery order prior to dispatch.

By entering into business with Paper Passion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Samples
Please allow 10 days for delivery of samples. Samples will not be sent by Paper Passion until payment has been received.
Ordering and Proofs
A 50% deposit is required to secure an order. This deposit is non-refundable. Paper Passion will not commence work on an order until the deposit is received and until proofs have been signed by the client and returned to Paper Passion.
It is the client's responsibility to thoroughly check all stationery proofs. Paper Passion will not be held responsible for any errors in print which are also in error on signed proofs. Any changes supplied after proofs have been signed and returned will be at the cost of the client if printing has begun.
If you require more quantities of items after the time of initial order, please note that Paper Passion will endeavour to meet your requirements, however orders for extra stationery may take 2-3 weeks to process.
Delivery
Delivery charges are an extra cost and are not included in the price of stationery. Paper Passion will send orders via registered post or courier chosen by us. You must supply us with a valid address where the delivery must be signed for. Alternatively, orders may be collected at our workshop - please call or e-mail us in advance to let us know who will be collecting that stationery and when. No goods can be delivered or collected until remaining 50% payment has been received. Delivery charges are not subject to discount percentages. Paper Passion will not be responsible for late receipt of stationery due to issues beyond our control e.g. courier delay, postal delays etc.
Pricing
Price lists are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes issued are valid for one month only. Discounts are issued at the discretion of Paper Passion.
Quality
Our stationery is produced to the highest standards, however as our stationery is handmade, small variations will occur. All designs are subject to minor changes to those advertised or from samples and are subject to material availability.
